奉劝各位千万不要鬼迷心窍，对一些支付正常的站点发起争议。
到头来退款失败不说，还会被封号，得不偿失。

此贴主要针对近期一个骗子站（TAPBUX）撤资教程，对于其他站点撤资方法是一样的。
可以当做一个例子，申请其他站点撤资按照同样的程序操作即可。
在遇到网站倒闭的情况下怎么保证自己的利益呢？事实上，用 Paypal，Payza进行的投资如果交易产生了严重问题，都是可以提出争议，申请Paypal，Payza的仲裁的。在这里要教如何在 Paypal，Payza上对这些交易提出争议，以便从Tapbux上撤出之前的投资。昨天一个朋友已经通过Payza发出了争议请求，目前已经收到了退 款。Paypal的争议处理时间没有那么快，一般是15天左右的时间仲裁争议。
大家对于已经投入在Tapbux中的资金也并不用太担心，目前Tapbux的Paypal，Payza帐号均已经被限制，并且网站的访问也出现了问题，在这种情况下争议的成功概率是非常高的。
注意事项：
1.请一定按照这篇教程中的操作严格操作。
2.所有争议必须在交易完成后45天之内提出，超过45天无法再提出争议。
3.发起交易的时候所有的语言都要用英语书写。
4.争议有任何进展，Paypal或者Payza都会以电子邮件的形式通知你。
5.争议结果出来，撤资成功后，如果之前有在Tapbux提过款，这部分提款会被Paypal，Payza收回。
6.千万不要对运营良好的PTC点击网站提出争议，如果对这些还在支付没有任何问题的站点提出争议，结果只有一个：Paypal，Payza会以该物品是虚拟物品为由，拒绝你的争议请求，并且无法再次提出争议。同时你在这个点击网站上的帐号会被封，最后竹篮打水一场空。
首先来说怎么在Paypal上提出争议，然后再来谈一下如何从Payza上提出争议。
登陆Paypal后点击LineTap LTD 后的详细信息。
把页面拉到最下面，点击“点击此处解决”
选择物品争议。
选择“我收到了物品，但它与描述显著不符
选择“数量短缺”
填写Tapbux的网址，分类选择“服务”，并且用英语留言（非常重要！）。

Dear Sir/Madam,
Tapbux(www.tapbux.com) no longer provides its service now. I haven’t received the complete service from this site, and I can not connect to Tapbux in this moment. In the past weeks the visiting speed of Tapbux is very slow, because of that I could not use the service provided by Tapbux, and until now, the site can not be accessed completely. I think it’s a scam site and I’m cheated by the Admin of Tapbux.I think the only way to stop the Admin of Tapbux from cheating people is to limit his Paypal account. Moreover, as one of the victims of his scam site, I think I have the right to get back my money purchased to Tapbux. Paypal, I need your help to receive the justice.

升级为补偿申请的原因
最后会跳转到这个页面，按在图中的标注勾选相关信息之后点击“升级为补偿申请”，之后耐心等待争议结果就可以了，一般需要15天左右。
接下来和大家说一下如何用Payza发起争议。
在登陆帐号后选择Resolution Center
点击蓝色按钮，File a Dispute。
点击你进行过的Tapbux交易，在交易后面点击File Dispute。
按照在图中标出的指示勾选相关信息，在争议理由这边老汉给出一个模板，大家可以作出相应修改：
Dear Sir/Madam,
Tapbux(www.tapbux.com) no longer provides its service now. I haven’t received the complete service from this site, and I can not connect to Tapbux in this moment.
